As part of its objectives of developing, training & retraining practitioners in the built industry, the Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (AEAN) in conjunction with the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) under the branch leadership of Esv Dr. Emma Douglas had her 2021 Mandatory Compulsory Professional Development (MCPD) training for the Rivers State branch.
The theme of the training seminar “Socio-economic & Social-cultural consideration in Tenant selection and “Marketting & Sourcing of Real Estate in Nigeria” was delivered by Prof. Mrs. Iyenemi Kakulu (FNIVS) of the department of Estate Management Rivers State University and Esv. (Pst) Nwokoma Nwankwo (FNIVS) the Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) Rivers branch.
The training which which held at the Vineyard complex Woji road, GRA Port Harcourt was educative, revealing, expository and also saw the issuance of certificate to participants from the Institution.
