1.) External & Internal Feedback Officer

Job Description
- Design and deploy survey for key customer segment and conduct external daily customer satisfaction surveys on key customer across touch points/channels (Branch, VULTe, ATMs, VULTe for Business, USSD & Polaris Xperience).
- Launch and deploy surveys on; Internal Process improvements, general products & and market research as may be requested by internal stakeholders.
- Analyze, report survey responses and identify pain points, service issues and areas of improvements for the channels.
- Carry out and review feedback from Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey and IT services survey biannually and report identified pain points, service issues and area of improvements
- Collate, analyze and report survey feedback for escalation to stakeholders.

2.) Service Measurement Officer

- Drive Implementation of customer feedback obtained across key touch points and strategically engage stakeholders to drive improvements
- Implementation and monitoring of TATs across key platforms/processes. Track trends and analyze outcomes for inputs into employee Appraisal.
- Monitoring of TATs across all touchpoints, measuring and tracking service improvements that impact CSAT & NPS for inputs into employee appraisals and reporting- Branch & Head office Service Performance / Internal customer surveys /Branch Ambience Grid Implementation.

3.) Financial Reporting / MPR Officer

- The ideal candidate will be in charge of the preparation and rendition of the monthly performance reports and the creation of budgets for Branches, Account Officers, and Strategic Business Units.
Job Description
- Monthly preparation of consolidated management accounts
- Preparation and analysis of regional, directorate and subsidiary performance reports
- Budget preparation, variance analysis (review) and financial forecasting
- Preparation of monthly provisioning schedule for the Bank
- Preparation and analysis of branch and business unit monthly performance reports
- Preparation of account officer reports
- Preparation of Small Business Units profitability reports
- Other requirements as it relates to the Bank’s focus at a particular point.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or in any related discipline
- At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in financial reporting, preferably gained in the banking sector.
- Should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Have proven ability to achieve results within time constraints and be highly motivated and organized
- ACA/ACCA/CFA or other recognized accounting/finance qualification is a plus
- Must have strong work ethics and an inclination to work smart as part of a competent team.

- Monitoring of Email etiquette to ensure adherence and apply rewards/sanctions where applicable.
- Communicate learning points from service investigations and key learning point to staff and ensure implementation of reward/sanction in line with service investigation reports.
- Prepare reward/sanction grids for service related concerns and ensure implementation for input into appraisal.
- Carry out investigations of detected service failures and drive recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure periodic stakeholder engagements to address and eradicate issues detected from VOC
- Oversee daily tasks and deliverables of the VOC team
- Ensure resolution of customers’ complaints obtained from VOC within approved TAT
- Review report survey responses and track trends for improved service delivery.
- Coordinate timely reports submission.
