The Nigerian Police force, Rivers state command has declared a notorious kingpin in the Ahoada area Gift David Okpara A.K.A 2 Baba wanted over the gruesome murder of SP Bako Angbashim.
Until his Demise SP Bako was the Divisional Police Officer, DPO of Ahoada Division of the force in Rivers state.
Earlier on in a statement the Rivers state Governor Siminilaye Fubara has declared the suspect wanted and also placed a bounty of N100m on him. Governor Fubara also suspended the traditional Ruler in charge of the area HRM Eze Cassidy Ikegbidi for alleged complicity.
SP Bako while serving in the Ahoada Division area took the war to the camp of the cultists and dislodged the camps of the hoodlums posing a serious threat to the cultists who identified themselves as Icelands cult group.
DPO Gbako, unfortunately while returning from an operation with his team was ambushed and overpowered by the cultists and was gruesomely murdered and his body parts dismembered in a barbaric manner.
Declaring Gift David Okpara wanted, the Rivers state Commissioner of Police declared that if caught he should be arrested and handed over to the nearest police station or anyone with useful information on his whereabouts should contact the police command through the following numbers: 08098880134, 08032003514, 08098888013.
