How to Cashout money in your Kudi/Nomba main wallet to your local bank account [Video]~NaijatvNet

In this tutorial our focus is how to cashout money in our main wallet to our personal bank account, like UBA, GTBank, Zenith bank etc. Like you may know every withdrawal transaction carried out with the Kudi/Nomba POS the money is expected to drop first in the user/agent’s wallet before the money is either used for further transactions like fund transfer or bills payment transactions (DStv, Gotv, Electricity etc. subscriptions).

 

 

Please note that to be able to Cashout directly from the Kudi wallet to your bank you must first have your bank account number saved in the app. You can do this on the home page of your app/wallet by adding up your account and saving it. Assuming your account is already added and you want to Cashout to your bank account follow the steps:

 

1. Login to your wallet/app

2. Click on the “transaction” button below the app

3. Click on the 3 dotted lines at right hand top of the app

4. In the box that comes up Click on “Cashout”

5. Enter the amount to be Cashout (NB; amount cannot be above your current balance)

6. Confirm the Cashout information is correct

7. Click “Send”.

 

Now ones this is done The amount you indicated will be transfered from your wallet to your saved bank account.

 

NB: Another way of cashing out your Kudi wallet money is to use the POS machine to initiate a normal fund transfer transaction.

 

1. Go to your POS menu, click “transfer”

2. Enter amount

3. Select recepient account details

4. Select customer’s bank

5. Enter your Kudi secret pin

6. Follow other requirements as prompted

7. Once you transfer the fund the Pos is expected to print out a transaction receipt either successful or a decline transaction.
