EFCC Auction Sales of landed Properties– In line with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (Establishment) Act, 2004, Public Procurement Act, 2007 and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery
and Management) Act, 2022 the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC is inviting the general public to participate in the sales of landed Properties that are subject for final forfiture order.
The real estate assets are situated in Abuja, Lagos, Kaduna, Jigawa, Gombe, Sokoto, Kwara, Ogun state, Nasarawa, and Adamawa state. Others are located in Niger state, Kogi state, Delta, Edo, Akwa-Ibom, Rivers state and Enugu states respectively.
The commission in a statement published on its website and official Twitter handle said interested participants are free to inspect the properties they are interested in bidding for and the properties will be sold on “As Is” “Where Is” bases (current condition and location).
