CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE
Ekpeleni Ekpeye, Ekpeye’s foremost Socio-economic and political advocacy group has congratulated Nye Udu Igbu Upata III, HRM Dr. Felix Enene Otuwarikpo, the Upata Traditional Council and the good people of Upata Kingdom on a successful palace commissioning.
The new Upata Central Palace building situate in Edeoha Ahoada East LGA, Rivers state amongst many sets in motion a traditional governance policy for the institutionalization of kingship in Rivers State and Nigeria at large.

Eulogizing Nye Udu Otuwarikpo the President of Ekpeleni Ekpeye Elder Jonathan Robinson Ewoh described the Monarch as a developmental pace-setter in modern traditional leadership worthy of emulation.
He commended the Monarch for his foresight, courage and purpose- driven leadership style for taking Ekpeye ethnic nationality to the national and international limelight.
As an advocacy group Ekpeleni Ekpeye’s resolve to partner stakeholders for Ekpeye’s rapid Socio-economic development and transformation remains undaunted.
Pledging the full support of Ekpeleni Ekpeye to the Monarch, Elder Ewoh called on clan kings in Ekpeye to take a cue from the Upata example to ocassion the much needed rapid development in their respective domains and Ekpeye land in general.
