GOVERNOR Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, yesterday, endorsed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State for a second term but was silent on the fate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s, candidate in Lagos, Dr Olajide Adediran popularly called Jandor.
Governor Wike spoke as the Special Guest of Honour at the 2022 Annual Conference of Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials, COWLSO, with the theme ‘Spring Forth, Stand Out,’ held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos.
Wike a member of the opposition party PDP said his support for the Lagos state Governor who is a member of the rulling APC party stems on the performance records of the Lagos state Governor and nothing more.
“For me if you are in my party and you are not doing well I will not come. But if you are not in my party but you are doing well I will come.
“I will not regret to say that I am in support of you”, The Rivers state Governor noted.
